How can I track my order?
To monitor the status of your special orders purchased or ordered at our store, input your order number into our Order Tracker. Your order number is located in the upper right corner of your special order contract or order confirmation email and consists of 4 letters followed by 4 to 8 numbers; make sure to enter the entire sequence, including the initial 4 letters.
Are there additional fees or costs that I should be aware of?
Some items may incur an extra, non-refundable processing fee to cover packaging and handling. This fee will be included in your total amount displayed at checkout.
How do I view and print my online order confirmation?
Once you've completed your purchase, click on "View Printer Friendly" on the order confirmation page to access and print a copy of your online order confirmation for your records.
How can I cancel my order?
